In 2019, our founding team watched talented individuals struggle to break into tech. Not because they lacked ability, but because available learning resources were scattered, outdated, or disconnected from industry realities.
We asked a simple question: what if we designed a program the way senior developers actually wish they had learned? One that builds genuine understanding instead of surface-level familiarity?
That question became basin cypress. We mapped out the concepts, tools, and practices that separate hobbyists from professionals, then built a curriculum that takes students through each stage methodically.
